I drank 64 oz of water yesterday, ate an apple, and stopped eating even when I craved that fresh honey wheat bread:) I also got a 25 minute walk in and stretching before bedtime.
150.7 lb Lost so far: 55.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
