I fell off the wagon...overate junk food but from today. will record all I eat,even if a sweet. also no sugar in tea. from today will aim for 20-30min of exercise each day.l for next week will follow a specific eating and exercise plan so that I can drop a dress size in a month:-)
229.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
