Finally got tired enough of my current situation so that I am now resisting trigger foods and foods that I binge on. I also lost two pounds this week.

I also realized that I have 90 more to-go. Baby steps...baby steps.

1984 kcal Fat: 78.83g | Prot: 101.61g | Carb: 211.56g.   Breakfast: orowheat bread, eggs, skim milk,  coffee, coffeemate vanilla creamer. Lunch: Ice Tea, baked lay's, mustard,  subway Roasted chicken sandwich. Dinner: pine nuts, Pom, Baby Romaine Lettuce, Red Bell Pepper, Sunny Select Light Ranch Dressing, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, Chicken wings. Snacks/Other:  Yoplait berries & Cream Yogurt, strawberries. more...
