I am a SAHM who gained 60lbs after her baby was born. I hate to exercise and diet. However, now I have to because I can not keep up with my son. I am trying to do a low-fat diet and slowly add in the exercise.
At one point I was gaining weight so fast my doctor thought I had hypothyroidism. Turns out I am just fat. I would like to loose at least 70lbs and pray everyday for a miracle to reach my goal. I am not very patient and I hate waiting for time to pass so I can see my weight-loss progress.
But, I hope for the best and I am trying hard to make my dream a reality.
