Well what to say about this mornings weigh in... not happy, not sure that I ate that bad, I defiantly had a few treats, but I didn't drink hardly any water all weekend, and it was super hot here for the last 5 days. I can feel the water retention in my fingers, toes, ankles.. so I am not sure how much of todays weight is actual weight gain. But I need to track each weight in and be accountable if it is a true gain, so this one has to hit the books too.

Hope all my FS buddies had a super weekend :)
198.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Extra carbs and sugars will make your body hold water. Solution, drink lots of water! But good news is, it's a temporary thing.
