Been a little sick the past few days, probably accounting for some of the loss, but I'll take it. Slipped a few times eating when not hungry, that has got to stop.
308.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
