Finally! Although i have to attribute my not eating alot this weekend to me not feeling very well, and having a migraine headache Sunday night. But i made it! New goal is 155 and to start building muscle.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
