Did poorly this week gain some weight not happy with results but will continue to push forward. Must watch my eating habits more closely. Started running training for a 5k. Gaining muscle.
173.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
