Hi My name is Laura, Im 27, a happy wife, and mom of a 2 year old girl and 9 mth old little boy. Before my daughter I was addicted to working out and eating right. I was finally where I wanted to be at 125 and very lean, and then God Blessed me with my daughter. Due to Post partum I was having a hard time to get back into working out and eating right so I struggled with my weight. On my daugthers 1st birthday at 182 pounds I found out that God was going to bless me with my son. I was determined to monitor my weight gain and assure that it was healthy pregnancy. I only gained 24 pounds with him. Once again I struggled with post partum, but I was determined to not let it get me down. I decided that I was going to dedicate time to working out and eating healthy because I knew that would help me feel better. I have elected my Coworker to work out with me as well. My starting weight was 175 and i am now down to 159 :). I have been doing the T25 and then walking and running M-F along with eating healthy. I am feeling so much better and can feel my self-esteem coming back. Cant wait to reach my goal.
