Wow. Ten lbs off since June 21. It's been easy too! I couldn't enter a historic weight entry on this website, because there is a glitch if changing diets.

Today's supper was awesome! My husband loves rice and it's not something I want to eat, although we can have 1/2 cup but I still try to avoid it. To help my hubby stick to the diet, I have to stay ahead of him so that he doesn't break down and have something I wish he wouldn't have.

In the Wheat Belly Cookbook, there are two recipes - one for Fried "Rice", made of cauliflower, and the other for Zucchini Gratin. The meat dish was some Melt In Your Mouth Barbecue Ribs (from internet), but I used the Kansas City-Style BBQ Sauce from the WB Cookbook.



246.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
