Again the weekend was a little difficult. Taking my husband shopping proved to be his concept of Easy premade meals, compared to My easy homemade meals. I convinced him to buy extra for me - i hope he gets how serious this is.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1366 kcal Fat: 49.45g | Prot: 57.30g | Carb: 140.88g.   Breakfast: butter, rye toast, Almonds, coffee. Lunch: celery, Turkey Breast Meat, orowheat italian bread. Dinner: Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, ceasar dressing, romaine lettuce, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Large Hamburger. Snacks/Other: Hard Candies (Dietetic or Low Calorie, Sorbitol), bread sticks, stride. more...
