scale is broken. feeling lighter but can't be sure. I'll update once I replace it. in the meantime, stick to the script. carb cycling is working AWESOME for me!!!
204.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
