I'm so flippin' ecstatic about that number! WooHoo!!! It's funny that I'm not even on a diet but just paying attention to which junk I put in my mouth and getting up off the couch and doing just some form of exercise and I've already lost 11lbs. (Since when I started running I was 145)Happy Day, Happy Day!!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job Andrea!! Sometimes a non-diet approach works best. Like you, I don't diet, just watch what I eat and I lose weight. Now once I start exercising, I hope to drop some or add some muscle weight. Either works for me.
