Doing really well, keeping my carbs to a minimum, not eating after 9, fruit for lunch and 2 boiled eggs on weekends for breakie. Also getting on the bike and small amounts of weight training. I am feeling better and have 2.4kgs to loose to be able to fit great in my bridesmaid dress with 5 weeks left to do it in.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
