it has been a struggle! i've got to keep keeping on!
183.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

I'm sure you can do it! Sometimes the first weeks are the hardest as you get used to the program. Don't forget to write down all your daily points (and make sure you are eating the right number - one of my friends looked at the chart wrong and was eating way too few)!
