Sticking to it!

No beer for over a week now. Since the 18th of October. Eating clean and Aerobics daily (Cardio in the morning before breakfast weightlifting in the afternoon)
205.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
