Note to self: Still suffering from a herniated disc, so not pushing it. Hence only 3 days gym this week, consisting of 10 min warm ups, with some moderate speed walking sessions then followed by 45 min ultra-light weights sessions.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 170.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
