Reentry because I accidentally deleted while trying to figure out how to make a bio!

This week could have been worse. Monday woke up sick, sore throat, headaches, fatigue. Loaded up on vitamins. Son sick and just knew daughter would be next so I loaded them up too. Still did my weight training probably against my better judgment. Biked 40 minutes. Tuesday was surprisingly better, still sore throat but headache gone and fatigue subsided. Daughter woke up sick, vomit, home from school. Son feeling better so full of vitamins and off to school he went. Daughter on a bone broth with garlic diet all day, some watermelon and strawberries later on in the day. Vitamins as tolerated for her sensitive stomach. I pushed through my weight training and biked for 60 minutes against better judgment again. Exhausted by the end of the day and the pain in my body I cannot describe. Not a good sign. Wednesday started my work week, still sore throat and fatigue but lessened. Daughter woke up feeling good, perky, back to school. Tried to get through my weight training but physically could not. I made it through the first three sets of my first move and could go no further. Weak. I tried a 20 minute bike but I could barely pedal. Slept like a rock. Woke up today, sore throat gone, have a tickle in my nose and sneezing. Keep going with vitamins, vitamins, vitamins (and probiotics!)! Today and tomorrow are my rest days. Maybe I will go to dance/kickboxing class Friday if I feel up to it.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
