Yesterday was a bad day and my co-worker made the "diet" soda cake with regular soda so I had way more carbs than I thought and my hunger level blasted to the moon!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
