This is my weight 8 days after starting back. Kind of sad to think that I could be way further than this in my journey if I would have stuck to it! Oh well at least I lost. I just have to keep on goin!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
