Hmm... soon as I start back on sausages and burgers, up goes the weight again. I did have a few days off pork scratchings too so retaining water because of salt might be an issue now I'm back on them. I'll ditch the burgers and sausages and see how we go. I've tried my last tub of Ghee for the last few days too, as it was in the way so I wanted to use it up, and that can stick to my ribs. Back to coconut oil then :-) I had an electrolytes test this morning too and I didn't want to screw that up by making up for the low amounts of protein I've been eating so that's another thing to get back to. It's very difficult eating at all in this heat :-( I tested (got a tester!) as just over 41% body fat (BMI over 42 :-)) this morning. That's more to monitor.
