ugh bloated from too much sodium intake yesterday and too much carbs also,protein was barely 58g and I felt hungry all day so not gonna worry about it because it should go back down in couple days...
287.6 lb Lost so far: 65.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
