Alilyadahlia's Journal, 07 April 2024

Last week was my period week so I stopped recording weight. I was still weighing out of curiosity because I gave into a lot of cravings during that time. I was consistently at 141.6-8. This morning I leave that week behind and I was right back to where I was before that week. Definitely interesting! I think allowing myself the extra calories, carbs, chocolate, and red meat during that time was a good decision. I honored what my body "needed" and did not have any major set backs. I was relatively happy with a consistent amount of energy which was less than usual but enough to get some good work outs in. If I hadn't given in to cravings, I think the motivation would have been harder. I think I look worse than I did before but maybe I am just still having some bloating or it's in my head. I can't wait to see where this week brings me. I expect an energetic week back to my normally disciplined ways!
