20 min yoga
30 min treadmill walk/jog
30 min strength training total body
176.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aloha Monica 🤗 Hatha Yoga was/is my favorite. I'm trying to find a trainer for weights so I don't accidentally get hurt. FYI: any person who doesn't treat you with respect and kindness ... is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! 😉 🤗

Thanks all! Hey Breezy! I haven’t tried out any Hatha yet but will have to look into it. I hear you about the weights. I get a little scared of injury but mainly because I’m getting old. Never really lift anything that would cause concern but someday!! lol Thanks for the kind words. They mean a lot to me. ☺️
