I lost a pound, but I'm still swollen, so it could be more! It's chilly this morning, but going to 68. The weather is so crazy. Instead of El Nina or El Ninio (however you spell it) this is El Crazio
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
