This weigh in is a bit off because I didn't way myself naked in the morning like I usually do. I am in the process of getting a scale of my own - I had been using my roommate's scale in the mornings while he was out of town. This weigh in was done using the scale we have at my work.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
