Went to spin again! I love it and I feel energized all day. Thank you CindyShine for being such a great support. I lost 1/2lb in 2 days. My goal is 2 lbs a week. while I pedalled in spin class this morning, all I could think about was how fabulous I'm gonna look in a size 9 little black dress. I'm gonna celebrate!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
