Weight is coming off slower now so will need to add more exercise to put a fire to the fat! * I have been weighing almost daily but only submitting when the weight is going down now since it can vary by a pound or 2 each day depending on time and if I've accidentally drunk water, etc., beforehand - seeing it go up is not going to help my efforts *
185.2 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
