So hard sometime.......cookouts and birthday parties...still glad to be in the green....Love strawberries.......spent too much time in the strawberry patch this week.....God is Good!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
