I would like to lose another 42 pounds but I would like to first just get under 200 pounds.

I would like to lose at least a pound a week. At this rate it will take me 2 1/2 months to get to 200 pounds. Hopefully I can lose 2 pounds a week which would obviously allow me to lose the 12 pounds to get to 200 in 6 wks.

I have an appointment for bloodwork on May 29th and a follow up two weeks later, giving me 6 1/2 weeks before I see Dr. Wilson again - I am hoping that I will go into the followup appointment with a weight loss and be at my first goal of 212 pounds.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you for your encouraging words :) So far so good. I did go over on my calorie count one day but got back on track right away the next day. I don't have any scales right now so don't actually know if I've lost any more weight since I started the "calorie count diet" a week ago.
