Well hello there! :-) If you've ended up here, you must be like me too! We share the same goal : to lose weight.

My story is simple; I got onto the scale at the beginning of about April and fell off in shock! So that was why my jeans wouldn't fit... hmmm.. anyway, I've decided to lose some weight and get back into the 60s where my BMI agrees (and myself) I should be..

Current weight : 79kg
Goal weight : 65kg

Hello skinny_love and Evera! Smile I wish you both all the luck in the world as you embark on this journey to lose weight. A tip for the day - always find something positive in everything you do. This keeps you happy and motivated. There will be days where you feel like giving up, but just remember why you started and never give up Smile
