Well feel good - lost 2.5 lbs. will have a challenge this coming week though as we are traveling to Cape Cod for a weeks vacation. When on vacation we usually eat everything in site, you know the I hop, Red Lobster etc. all that we don't have in Bermuda. so my nutritionist has asked me to keep a food journal and I can have 3 shakes plus a 550 calorie meal every. I will also take some of the CMWL shakes with me along with allowed snacks. Wish me luck and i will report on any weight changes after I come back. on the plus side there is a gym at the vacation rental.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
