I am a little dissapointed after losing 2 pounds over the weekend to loosing just .2 yesterday. I have to say I didn't get to finish my run/walk because the storm hit and I had to cut it short. So instead of burning nearly 300 calories with my exercise, I only burned about 200 I think. But I stuck to my diet, so I really expected more than that. I won't miss my run again if I can help it.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
