HI,
DAY 1.......
SO I'VE LOST WEIGHT BEFORE, BUT MANAGED TO GAIN IT ALL BACK IN ABOUT 2 YEARS. MY PANTS NO LONGER FIT AND I AM DESPERATE TO FIT INTO MY SIZE 9 AGAIN. I DON'T HAVE A SPECIFIC DIET TO FOLLOW, ALL I KNOW IS THAT EAT WAAAAY TO MUCH SWEETS. MAYBE SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN GIVE ME SOME IDEAS? I'M THINKIN THAT I JUST NEED TO CUT OUT MOST OF MY CARBS. WELL, I AM UP FOR SUGGESTIONS. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON :)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I love carbs, and didn't HAVE to ditch them. Just learn to eat the right ones! Welcome!!!

Yes ... welcome aboard!!! I agree with Cindy ... you probably don't have to ditch all your carbs ... just the high sugar ones like sweets!! Each person finds what works for them. For me counting calories and exercising is what has worked the best ... move my body and eat less ... sort of simple. That way I've never felt deprived and you can still treat yourself ... just make sure you count it!! Good luck!!! This is a great place!
