I thought my sugar AKA chocolate cravings were done but they are coming back fierce! Am able to hold off during the week at the office but the weekend at home provides access to sweets. A little cheating hasn't hurt so far - I say we all gotta live at little (as long as it's within reason... :D)
187.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
