I cheated a bit on Friday night and with a few bites of carbby snacks over the course of the week, but I really focused on drinking plenty of water and I added more cardio to my workout routine. I also made it a point to not go completely ape shit on my cheat day like I have done in the past. I still ate plenty of cheat foods on my cheat day, I just didn't devour an entire pecan pie plus ice cream and a bag of donuts plus a whole pizza and a cheeseburger like I've done in the past. Overall, I'm happy with my results, and if I can end August at under 200lbs, I'll be a seriously happy camper.
