i am very happy!! only 2.5 lbs to go to reach my latest goal then i will reevaluate see if i want to loose more. I started out at 206 lbs in april of 2010 lost down to 175 by oct 2010 (31 lbs total lost)maintained through january 2011 and restarted my diet then I have since lost 27 1/2 more lbs and i feel & look so much better! it is possible but it is a lifestyle change not just a fad. The pic i posted is a before pic taken in march 2010 will post a new pic when i reach my goal look like a total different person
