Well it is time to get serious again. Thankfully I finally feel like I have energy, and thus my good food is satisfying me again. I've done it before and I will do it again. At least I am not waiting until I gain 30 pounds back. I motto again will be one day at a time. It is the only way that it works for me.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
