Seems I'm kinda stuck. I really have tried hard but I seem to be going back and forth. I did add a small amount of complex carbss with dinner because I was sooo tired all the time. I have a little more energy but no I'm not losing any weight. I'll finish this week this way and see what happens. If I don't lose anything by friday, I'll take those carbs back out.
