First week down, 1 pound down. I am not going to get discouraged because I am doing weight lifting and I have never done that before. I really need to focus on how eat more that I am.

293.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
