Dang.. I gained 2 and you know what, I haven't been logging my food in on this web site. That'll teach me.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how that feels, don't beat yourself up over it though just get back on track and log your food. :)
