I began with a reasonably healthy diet, just habitual over-eating, easily eating not 1 cherry scone or1 cinammon bagel but the whole pack. So I chose to monitor and modify my bad habits rather than trying a specific diet. Sadly I have not lost a thing. I suspect this is not the best week in the monthfor me to weigh-in, combine that with quite a few body pump sessions ...so im going to give it a few more days and hope that is the reason.
