Back to business.
Many might see this backslide as a failure, but all I see is growth.
This is the first time I've actually RECORDED a backslide. I have yo-yo'ed many times before, which led to me reaching my highest weight (roughly 220 pounds - probably 230 pounds at some point). I was always afraid to admit that I had stumbled and needed help getting back up. I know better now. Recording this setback is like admitting to myself that yes, I've done a bit of damage but I'm ready to start going again. There is no shame in falling - we all do it - we're only human. The important part is that I am picking myself up and moving forward. :)
