Getting rid of the sugar and processed carbs next week. Wanted to keep my calories up for this first week of working out. Not really looking forward to it but I know from past experience that I'll stop craving junk food after a week or so. Sure wish I wasn't a "Sugarholic" as Jack Lalanne put it.
257.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 72.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
