I honestly can't believe I lost almost a whole pound yesterday! I have to give credit to my hubby in a lot of ways. First off this week he has started following my cues and passing on the chips and tortillas at the restaraunt and yesterday even though he wanted to go out to eat, he agreed that the fish would be healthier for us. He was not too thrilled about the fish, he thought it was a Jalapeno Tilapia I had made in the past that has a cream (yes fattening) sauce. After I had it on the plate and he tried it he told me it was delicious. I had made pan seared tilapia in nonstick spray with seasonings and garlic only. Oh I marinated it in some lemon juice also. he actually ate his two portions and wanted more! I had only cooked 4 fillets, since I wasn't expecting that reaction. I will have to make more next time. I had a bag of those steamer veggies and 2 fillets. I wasn't hungry in the evening, but I did have to drink 2 glasses of 1/2% milk to balance my diet. I am loving this new way of life. I also enjoyed my 45 minute walk/jog yesterday. Since I am type A-lol-having my phone tell me when to start and stop my run and walk gives me incentive to stick it out til my alarm goes off!
144.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
