I work nights so my eating pattern is a little mixed up. It makes it tough for me to have time to make 'real meals'. It is 5am, and I just arrived home from work. I will make myself a shake to fuel myself for my upcoming workout. I last ate at 2:40am. I try to eat every 2.5-3 hrs. when I am awake. Though it is Monday morning I am technically at the tail end of my Sunday.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That does sound tough, must be hard to figure out which meal to have and when. Sounds like you're doing good though

It definitely is hard. It's Friday morning in reality, but it's technically the ending of my Thursday!
