Hello fellow fat secret members! I thought the food diary would let you enter the actual foods you ate, but it doesn't apparently. This is where I'm going to put mine:
My 'Thursday' starts at 3pm. This is what I've eaten, and what activities I've done.
Breakfast: Spinach Scramble. It's a recipe from the book The Shredded Chef by Michael Matthews. Protein: 36g. Calories: 275. Carbs: 9g.
8 oz. apple juice cocktail with 2 scoops It Works Greens: Calories: 120g. Carbs: 27g. I usually have 2 servings worth of oatmeal with 2oz. chopped apples and 1tsp. cinnamon, but I didn't have time to make.
I work at an Amazon Fulfillment center. I do a lot of walking.
Work, 1st Break: Weight Gain Shake. Protein: 24.5g. Calories: 507.5. Carbs: 81g. I make it with milk, and I usually add 2 Tbs. peanut butter to it. I only put in 1/2 of the protein powder. Lost track of the nos.
Work, Lunch: 8oz. tilapia, coated with 1 Tbs. canola oil/seasoned salt/pepper, 1/2c. rice(uncooked), and 4.6oz. green peas. Protein: 55.5g. Calories: 545. Carbs: 88g.
Work, 2nd Break: 1C Greek yogurt with 4.2oz. fruit from fruit cocktail. Protein: 20g. Calories: 220. Carbs: 36g.
Workout: Hamstrings/calves. Also 2 sets of upper/lower abs and obliques.
Pre/Post-Workout Shake: Different type of protein than weight gainer. Peanut butter/banana added. (Total)Protein: 92g. Calories: 1480.
Carbs: 168g.
Snack: 4oz. red seedless grapes. Protein: 1g. Calories: 86.5. Carbs: 20g.
Last Meal of 'Day': Slice of meatloaf(recipe from Shredded Chef): Protein: 35g. Calories: 262. Carbs: 11. 8oz. red potatoes with 1Tbs. Country Crock: Protein: 4g. Calories: 230. Carbs: 36.
I'll add up the totals later. Time for bed.
TOTALS: 268g protein 3726 calories 476g carbs.

I work nights so my eating pattern is a little mixed up. It makes it tough for me to have time to make 'real meals'. It is 5am, and I just arrived home from work. I will make myself a shake to fuel myself for my upcoming workout. I last ate at 2:40am. I try to eat every 2.5-3 hrs. when I am awake. Though it is Monday morning I am technically at the tail end of my Sunday.
