I'm actually really surprised with the drop. I'm hoping to keep between 140 and 145. I think my biggest problem will be the increased maintenance caloric intake. I think I'm going to feel like I'm overeating since I'm not hungry now, for the most part. BTW, your team put out my team. Good luck and have fun!
