Starting reg diet. Counting calories instead of carbs for doctor. She says I eat too many calories. I've been on 30g carbs per day for 4 years to keep my blood sugar A1C at 5.5-5.9. However, no weight loss until I went on carnivore 1-2 months ago. In the past, I've only lost weight via pumping iron.
