Starting again! 2/11/24 I have added using isopure to add extra protein to my diet. Making sure I am getting enough. Fatsecret says 6 months or was it 5 months so by August I should reach my goal weight. So that is what I will focus on. So up until this month I lost track was slipping off the wagon. Ok, got myself back on. Learning to take it slow due to some health issues but I got this!
